Return Policy

At Astrodeck.shop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help!

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Certain items, such as "Vintage Traction Pads" and "vintage collectibles" are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at Astrodeck101@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item. This return credit is handled by the payments processor and is out of our control and or management once the refund is issued
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, follow the return process outlined above.
